Full-time A well-established CA firm in Parramatta is currently seeking a Business Services Senior / Supervisor to join their team. They are a modern accounting and business advisory firm and have developed a strong reputation in the marketplace demonstrated by a growing client base ranging across SMEs, large consolidated groups, HNW family groups, investments and SMSFs.
The role:
As a Senior/Supervisor, your role will involve (but not be limited to) the following:
- Preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, companies, SMSFs and various group structures
- Attending to taxation matters including Div7A, GST, FBT & CGT
- Working with clients on future business decisions including structuring, tax planning and tax strategies
- Ad-hoc advice work
- Train and review work of junior/intermediate accountants
The candidate:
- At least 5-6+ years’ business services/tax experience in a local accounting firm
- CA/CPA qualified
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills due to the client facing nature of role
- Ability to manage and review work of accounting staff
