As a founding director of Hart Recruitment in 2003, Brad has guided the business from a generalist practice to a specialist in professional accounting recruitment. Now playing a key mentoring and strategic leadership role, he is focused on developing new talent and bringing strategic insights into how Hart attracts top talent in a post-COVID, media-driven world where flexibility, culture, and digital presence are more important than ever.
