Senior Accountant

• Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts and individuals

• Complete BAS, IAS and other compliance requirements

• Assist with tax planning and business advisory projects

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Provide guidance and support to junior team members

Ideal for: 3-6+ years’ public practice experience with CA/CPA in progress or completed

Supervisor

• Review financial statements and tax returns completed by junior accountants

• Manage a portfolio of SME and family group clients

• Coordinate workflow and monitor key deadlines

• Identify opportunities to provide tax planning and advisory services

• Act as the primary contact for day-to-day client matters

Ideal for: A skilled reviewer looking to step into a broader leadership role

Manager

• Oversee a portfolio of business and private clients

• Review complex tax and compliance engagements

• Deliver tax planning, business structuring and advisory services

• Mentor, develop and manage accounting staff

• Strengthen client relationships and identify growth opportunities

Ideal for: An experienced Manager with strong technical expertise and people leadership skills

Senior Manager / Future Partner

• Manage relationships with significant private clients, family groups and high-net-worth individuals

• Provide strategic tax, business advisory and structuring advice

• Review complex financial statements and taxation work

• Lead, mentor and support Managers and wider teams

• Partner closely with Directors on business development and firm strategy

This position is focused primarily on advisory, leadership and review responsibilities, with limited preparation work. A genuine pathway to Equity Partnership is available for the successful candidate.
